Custom-made pot stills designed by our father, music in the fermentation room, traditional “low and slow” cooking process and open-air fermentation are all ways we honor the knowledge and passion of our elders. Appearance: Clear
Nose: Agave, citrus aromas (yellow lemon), mint
Taste: Cooked agave accompanied by sweet citrus fruits and an herbal finish that gives balance. Long aftertaste that invites us to continue tasting it’s flavor.
